Summary

 

Associate Manager, Marketing

 

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, this role will play a key part in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, content creation, and data analysis to drive brand growth and customer engagement. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, developing marketing materials, analyzing campaign performance, and supporting a variety of marketing initiatives.

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage promotional planning activities including ad layouts, themed events, weekly circulars, and digital advertising while ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines

  • Support new item launches through planning, execution, performance monitoring, and collaboration with key stakeholders

  • Maintain product content and digital assets across ecommerce platforms and contribute to development of digital marketing campaigns and content

  • Coordinate consumer marketing initiatives including loyalty programs, coupons, magazine content, and cross functional execution

  • Monitor marketing campaign performance and provide insights to support optimization and future planning

Qualifications

  • Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree

  • Experience Requirements: 2–4 years experience in relevant field (Marketing, communications, business, or related experience preferred)

  • Travel requirement: No travel requirements

Supervisor Responsibility

  • Direct Reports: This position does not have supervisory responsibilities for direct reports

  • Indirect Reports: Does not have direct reports, but may delegate work of others and provide guidance, direction and mentoring to indirect reports

Required Knowledge and Skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience with marketing campaigns and content development

  • Proficiency in common business productivity tools

  • Strong organizational and project management skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Analytical skills with the ability to evaluate campaign performance and identify opportunities

  • Creative thinking and problem solving capabilities

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams

Environmental & Physical Requirements


Office / Sedentary Requirements: Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work is performed primarily in an office environment. Typically, requires the ability to sit for extended periods of time (66%+ each day), ability to hear telephone, ability to enter data on a computer and may require the ability to lift up to 10lbs.
